If you need to return your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 10 days.

Some items cannot be returned.

  • Items that have been used or installed cannot be returned.
  • Customized items such as rigging, boat covers, and electronic charts.
  • Items with expiration dates that have expired such as flares, charts, or annual publications.
  • Items registered to the user such as boats, motors, EPIRBs, PLBs, and Class B AIS.
  • All special orders.
  • Any cut or customized items such as boat covers, carpet, cable, rope, hose, chain, or rigging.

Refund Methods

Returns made within 10 days of item receipt date will be refunded with through the method of original payment.  Original shipping costs are not refunded.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for a refund to process.

Returns made after 10 days but before 30 days of item receipt date will be refunded with a Gift Card in the amount of the item purchase price.

How to return an item

Repackage the return in its original packaging. Make sure that all parts and paperwork are included.  The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship item back using the carrier of his/her choice.  However, we highly recommend using the original shipper since we make every attempt to use the lowest cost and best carrier for the types of items we ship.

If an item is defective or damaged in shipping, please email us at shipping@wolfsmarine.com or call (269)926-1068 during normal business hours.  We will issue a pre-paid return shipping label.

  • This policy does not pertain to boats, motors, or trailers.
  • Wolf's Marine honors all manufacturer warranties for items purchased from Wolf's Marine.
